Passionfruit Overnight Oats

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup apple juice
  • 1 tbs almond butter
  • 160g Chobani Foodbank Passionfruit Greek Yogurt, plus extra to garnish
  • 1/4 cup flaked coconut, plus extra to garnish
  • 1/4 cup raspberries, plus extra to garnish
  • 1/4 cup blueberries, plus extra to garnish
  • 2 tbsp chopped dry roast almonds, plus extra to garnish
  • 1 tbsp honey, to garnish


Steps 1

In a mason jar or container, combine rolled oats, chia seeds, apple juice, almond butter and Chobani Passionfruit Yogurt. Mix well to combine all ingredients. Cover the jar and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.

Steps 2

Stir in shredded coconut, raspberries, blueberries and chopped dry roast almonds. Mix well.

Steps 3

Garnish with Chobani Passionfruit Yogurt, shredded coconut, raspberries, blueberries, chopped almonds and honey.

Served chilled.
