Greek Yogurt Waffles

  • 1 cup Chobani Foodbank Strawberry Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey, plus extra to serve
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 cups plain flour
  • Chobani Foodbank Passionfruit Greek Yogurt, to serve
  • Strawberries, to serve


Steps 1

In a mixing bowl, combine Chobani Strawberry Yogurt, honey, milk, eggs, and salt. Mix well until smooth.

Gradually add in the flour, stirring until well combined and a thick batter forms.

Steps 3

Preheat your waffle iron according to manufacturer’s instructions. Once hot, lightly grease the waffle iron with cooking spray or oil.

Steps 4

Spoon the batter onto the waffle iron, spreading it evenly. Close the lid and cook according to the waffle iron’s instructions, until the waffles are golden brown and crispy. Repeat steps with remaining batter.

Steps 5

Serve waffles with Chobani Passionfruit Yogurt, strawberries and honey.
