We understand that our people have a world outside of their work. Our flexible ways of working enable Chobani Australia employees time for their out of work priorities.

Office-based employees enjoy three office days on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, with daily collaboration hours between 9.30am and 2.30pm. The rest of the working week can be achieved outside these hours and in any location as our people see fit.

For those working in our production team, we offer an accommodating shift structure of 12-hour shifts which provides three days off one week and four days off on the other which ensures our people are able to maximise their time for their world outside of work.

Our people are driven to make a difference and have incredible opportunities to live and breathe our purpose through volunteering.

Every Chobani Australia office employee has the opportunity to participate weekly in the Breakfast Clubs program at Dandenong South Primary school, serving breakfast to children within our local community who might otherwise go to school hungry. We also regularly engage in other volunteering activities as and when the need arises in our community, like packing food hampers for flood-affected communities and hosting emergency food drives for Foodbank. Employees also have the option to donate their peer-to-peer recognition earned CHOdollars to any of our charity relationships.

To support the wellbeing of our employees, we have a dedicated onsite Wellness Centre that is accessible to all Chobani Australia employees during working hours.

Our onsite Wellness Centre offers weekly osteopathy treatments, exercise physiology and counselling sessions with selected health professionals.
To complement our onsite Wellness Centre, all Chobani Australia employees have access to a confidential employee assistance program, yearly Ambulance Victoria membership and other medical support services including vaccinations.
