What do you get when you combine a passionate people-person, who can also milk a cow, with a proven track record for leading cultural change? The perfect combination for our People and Culture leader. Chris’ dairy roots are strong, having grown up milking cows on his family’s dairy farm in the Goulburn Valley.

He cut his teeth in operational HR roles on manufacturing sites for Campbells and Arnott’s before building his expertise through a range of specialist and generalist HR roles with Mondelez and Lion Dairy and Drinks domestically as well as Campbells in Asia.

Chris leads a team of superstars who are responsible for partnering with the business to build engagement and grow a culture that keeps our people safe, is inclusive and provides opportunities for growth and development.
