Try this Base Body Babe workout for you and your bestie
Perform all exercises back to back with no rest in between:
1. 10 x Wall Balls
2. 10 x Kettlebell Swings
3. 10 x Standing DB Shoulder Press
4. 10 x DB Bent Over Rows
5. 10 x 90’ Back Extension
6. 20 secs x Rope Slams
7. 20 secs x Wall Sits
Rest for 2 mins
Repeat for 3-5 rounds
