Mexican Corn


Step 1

Stir together the Chobani, mayonnaise, smoked paprika and salt. Cover and refrigerate.

Step 2

Cook the corn in boiling water or on the grill. Once tender, remove (dry if boiled) and set on a platter.

Step 3

Spoon the Chobani mixture over the length of each piece of corn then sprinkle with cilantro and Cotija and serve.
