Step 1

Preheat oven to 400°F (Gas Mark 6). Use 1 tbsp softened butter to grease 8-in baking dish.

Combine cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a large bowl.

Step 3

Whisk eggs, Chobani, melted butter and oil in a medium bowl. Stir egg mixture into cornmeal mixture until just blended.

Step 4

Scrape batter into baking dish and bake until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, 20 to 25 minutes. Cool completely on a wire rack before slicing.
